• Offline Database Backup with "cold" backup for all database (DBS) platforms. You stop the database during the backup and your database cannot be accessed.

• Mirrored Online Database Backup offers "active online" database backups for Microsoft databases and "hot" backups for all other database platforms.   - Standard SAN Service gives you access to managed storage volumes via a single-attach fiber-channel switched fabric. Storage volumes are available in increments of 72GB with an initial minimum of 144GB. Each storage volume is configured as a RAID 5 device and has access to a pool of online global hot spares.
  - Enhanced SANHA Service gives you a fully redundant, highly available connection to the SAN using two HBAS in your host computer. Storage volumes are available in increments of 72GB with an initial minimum of 144GB. Each storage volume is configured as a RAID 0+1 device with data mirrored across two separate disks within the same storage unit.
• Optional SAN and SANHA services include:
  - Snapshots give you a snapshot copy of your data housed on the SAN. This service gives you a nearly instantaneous virtual copy of your storage volume with no interruption of service. Copies are automatically performed at a time you select. Only one snapshot is available at a time.
  - Mirroring lets you purchase additional Mirror copies of your storage volumes. Mirroring is an automated method of creating a separate physical copy of your storage volume. During the process your original storage volume remains online for use by the host. You can use the Mirror as a separate read-only storage volume for purposes such as performing backups, or simply as a near-line backup in case of hardware failure or human error.
